The Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency and any web hosting service provider under contract operate the Donate Life Arkansas and Tissue Donor Registry website (“Site”) therewith, acting on behalf of the Arkansas Department of Health. This privacy policy provides a general outline of the type of information that may be collected through this Site and how such information may be used.
The Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency does not collect any personal information about visitors to this Site, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mail addresses, unless visitors provide such information voluntarily. If visitors do not want their personal information compiled, such information should not be submitted through this Site.
- Information submitted by visitors wishing to be organ, tissue, or eye donors will be added to the Donate Life Arkansas and Tissue Donor Registry, the “Registry,” and utilized for Registry purposes as defined under Arkansas law.
- Information submitted by visitors may be stored and analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of efforts made to increase the number of donors as permitted by Arkansas law.
- Information submitted may be used to contact individuals and/or their family members for Registry purposes as allowed under Arkansas law.
